The thinker (a.ka. Lightning, a.ka. Ethan), the mom and the (super serious) princess.
Don't you love the socks with the princess shoes? She also has sweat pants on underneath her dress.
Silly faces, silly kids! Helping Dad carve pumpkins...
I think they were trying to give Dad some inspiration while carving the pumpkin faces!
Silly little girl!
Alex looks just THRILLED (he's had a long week)! Yay for pumpkins!
Ready to go!
Our friends the Delgado's joined us for dinner and trick or treating, (Brittany, who sometimes babysits for us wanted to take the kids trick or treating) they loved it! However the princess pooped out about 4 or 5 houses in, those princess shoes are NOT conducive to walking great distances (as any princess knows). So Daddy rescued her and carried her home.
Alex's Jack-O-Bell Pepper creation. Pretty clever, huh?
Goodnight to a FUN Halloween!!!

it takes a real man to carve stinky pumpkins after a long week- and to invent the jack-o-pepper. Awesome. :)!
Ethan is getting so tall and skinny! What cuties. Love Alex's face - hilarious.
The only thing better than Alex's face is the fact that he's clutching that knife while making it. Cute kiddos!
